For obvious reasons, the Wiring Harness will be replaced.  The Battery Box is rusted but still solid.  The Pedestal will be sandblasted.

The top of the Pedestal was open to the elements and a lot of moisture was held by the nest.
The Frame in this area is pitted, but still solid.
The Steering Gear tube was open to the elements.  The tube was loose, so it will be replaced by a used unit found on eBay.
The Hydro Control was heavily rusted, but will be rebuilt.
