This is an ‘early’ QA-36A Snow Thrower that I just purchased for the 125. Because of work needed on the 125, the Thrower will not be ready until next Winter. I’m not a big fan of single-stagers, but that’s my only
realistic option at this time.
It’s not quite the cream puff that I expected (sort of a self-inflicted eBay wound).
However, there doesn’t appear to be a lot of wear (for it’s age), so it should clean up very well. IMHO, there’s too much rust for touch-ups, so I’ll have it sand blasted next fall.
On the way home, I stopped by the car wash with a squirt bottle of Simple Green. Left is ‘before’ and right is ‘after’ cleaning.
